Welcome to Sunshine Cleaning Service.
By booking or using our services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Sunshine Cleaning Service provides residential and commercial cleaning services as previously agreed with the client.
Services may include:

The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled service date.
If our team cannot access the property or must wait longer than 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled or subject to an additional fee.
3. Payments
Payment is due on the same day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods arranged in advance.
Unpaid invoices may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Sunshine Cleaning Service is not responsible for loss or damage to items that were not properly secured or previously reported.

While we work carefully and professionally, we do not guarantee the complete removal of permanent stains, mold, wear, prior damage, or conditions beyond standard cleaning scope.

Both employees and clients are expected to maintain a respectful and safe environment at all times.
Aggressive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Sunshine Cleaning Service may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
